WALES SN JUDO FOR ALL INTERNATIONAL TOURNAMENT 31ST OCTOBER 2009.

I started working with people with a disability in the sport of judo in 1977, I have had a good time helping others over the years, but now I think is the time to step back from the politics. In the early years of starting this project in GB, I was inspired and helped by a great man, who was running a event called the WESSENNEN OLYMPIADE. Mr Hans van ES, was really the first man I came across, who had developed a programme and event for SN Judo.He was an inspiration to me throughout my 30 years in this project. With the politics going on today and the power struggles that are taking place, I think it is now time after 30yrs, to resign from politics and spend more time and enjoyment with my athletes. I think I have helped being a pioneer in this project and feel sad that my experience is no longer needed, but that is life. I am now going to make this site the best informative site in the world, that will perhaps help many others to build this project. I WILL BE RUNNING AND ORGANISING MY LAST EVENT IN WALES IN OCTOBER 2009 and would like you all to attend. I have had great satisfaction and really enjoyed watching the athletes gain progression and skills, that others thought could never be done. I am no maestro or genius, just someone who wanted to help those less advantaged than others. HOPE TO SEE YOU ALL IN WALES IN 2009.

This project throughout the world is known by many names, with the aim of integration of people with disabilities into the sport of judo, it is very hard to find the correct word or statement for publicising our work, but below you will see some countries use abbreviations of words, which does not look discriminative.

Great Britain   -   Known as  SN  JUDO

Holland          -   Known as   G  JUDO

Hungary        -  Known as     F JUDO
